With Box Office, you can create an ‘event’ product and sell it directly in your store. It offers multiple types of tickets, each with their own prices, benefits, and/or private content. You can manage stock levels independently and ensure that you don’t oversell tickets for a certain event or ticket type on your site.
The plugin also allows you to add custom fields to signup forms to learn more about attendees and personalize their experience. You can customize emails sent after a ticket purchase and send bulk emails to attendees. It also provides a CSV export feature for all ticket holders based on ticket type.
Box Office is compatible with the new Cart and Checkout blocks — a customizable, conversion-optimized checkout experience coming soon to WooCommerce. It also offers features like ticket inventory management, attendee search, and the ability to offer discount codes.
